Olivia Sweeney is a Fitness Instructor based in Cwmbran, creating fun, welcoming and empowering movement experiences for people of all ages (16+), abilities and fitness levels. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Olivia offers a wide range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and BOOSTfit — all designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Her sessions focus on joyful movement, removing pressure, competition and comparison, so participants can move in a way that feels right for their bodies. Olivia’s approach is inclusive, supportive and rooted in confidence-building. Whether you are new to exercise or returning after a break, her classes provide a safe and encouraging environment. Recently certified as a Menopause Coach, Olivia has deepened her understanding of perimenopause and menopause. She is developing dedicated programmes to support women through this life stage — helping them feel informed, empowered and confident in maintaining their health and fitness. Her philosophy is simple: movement should feel good, build strength and support long-term wellbeing.
