Eileen Hill is the founder of Yoga and Pilates with Eileen, established in 2009 in Glasgow. With qualifications in Health and Fitness Leadership from The University of Strathclyde and Future Fit, Eileen brings over a decade of professional expertise to her teaching. Originally launching as Pilates for Life, Eileen built a strong reputation for delivering small group sessions, rehabilitation support and home visits, working closely with local health professionals who referred clients for specialist exercise guidance. In 2021, after years of personal yoga practice, Eileen qualified as a yoga instructor and began sharing the physical and mental wellbeing benefits of yoga within her community. Over the years, she has delivered: • Local Pilates and yoga classes in Glasgow• Rehabilitation-focused sessions• Corporate wellbeing sessions, including work with Scottish Government employees• Private client sessions both in the UK and internationally Following a period working in Dubai and leaving the corporate world in 2023, Eileen now focuses on promoting health, delivering community-based classes and hosting health and wellbeing events. Her approach prioritises individual needs, creating a professional yet relaxed environment where clients feel supported, empowered and encouraged to improve their overall wellbeing.
