Keri Stewart is an experienced mat Pilates teacher based in Glasgow, specialising in bone health and movement education for women. She is a Buff Bones® instructor and Franklin Method Level 1 Educator, combining anatomical knowledge, imagery and mind-body awareness to help women move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies.
