Steph is a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher and holistic therapist with a strong passion for supporting women’s health and wellbeing. Currently experiencing perimenopause herself, she understands first-hand how challenging and confusing this stage of life can feel. She provides a safe, supportive and understanding environment for women navigating perimenopause and menopause — especially those who feel like they no longer recognise themselves. Her approach begins with stress relief as a priority, recognising its impact on both physical and emotional health. From there, she works collaboratively with each client to introduce movement at a pace and level that feels manageable and empowering. Through her holistic methods, Steph aims to help women restore balance, regain confidence and feel more like themselves again.
