Blossom Health Coaching is led by Cathy Houghton, a Health and Movement Coach based in Devon, specialising in supporting women through midlife and menopause. Cathy is a Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Disordered Eating and Weight Loss Practitioner. She works primarily with women in their 40s to 60s who feel disconnected from their bodies, distressed by menopause symptoms and stuck in cycles of overeating, yo-yo dieting or chaotic eating patterns. Her approach moves away from restriction and punishment, focusing instead on rebuilding trust with food, movement and self.
