Sarah Wood is an experienced Health Communities Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist based in Milton Keynes, with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, developing a strong understanding of how medical conditions, physical health and lifestyle factors impact movement and wellbeing. Her interest in menopause has grown through both professional development and her own perimenopausal journey. This has deepened her knowledge of the physical and emotional changes women experience and strengthened her commitment to providing supportive, informed guidance. Sarah runs Move Through Menopause programmes at Middleton Pool and Fitness Centre in Milton Keynes.
