This programme goes far beyond symptom management, as you will learn what helps you. Over twelve empowering weeks, you’ll discover evidence-based lifestyle strategies and actionable mindset techniques and start to understand what helps and hinders your symptoms. This is tailored to your unique needs, that continue working long after the programme finishes.
We will go through evidence-based strategies to enhance nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep quality, and emotional wellbeing, all of which have been shown to alleviate menopause symptoms and improve your overall quality of life.
Through expert guidance, weekly live sessions, ongoing support between sessions, interactive resources, and the support of a vibrant community of women (If you choose a group programme), you’ll gain practical tools to:
