Alex Reid is a highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Specialist based in Wimbledon, London, with over 25 years in elite sport, rehabilitation and performance coaching. Her career includes 10 years in professional football at two Premiership clubs, alongside consultancy work with The Football Association, World Rugby, the Rugby Football Union and England Athletics. Alex has also authored three books covering key components of fitness and conditioning.
